Verbeia Grange is our newest home, set to open in summer 2026, offering a beautifully designed environment for up to 50 residents. Positioned on the edge of Ilkley Moor and set within 1.2 acres of landscaped grounds, Verbeia Grange combines modern comfort with stunning natural surroundings, creating a peaceful setting that truly feels like home.

Designed with both comfort and lifestyle in mind, every resident will enjoy a private en-suite bedroom, alongside a range of thoughtfully created spaces to relax, socialise, and enjoy day-to-day life. From elegant communal areas to an on-site hairdressing salon, every detail has been carefully considered to enhance wellbeing and everyday enjoyment.

Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the train station, Verbeia Grange offers excellent connectivity while being surrounded by the beauty of Ilkley Moor, providing the perfect balance of tranquillity, independence, and convenience.

Meet The Manager
CAROLINE

Caroline brings a wealth of clinical experience and a genuine passion for people to her role as Home Manager at Verbeia. Beginning her career as a nurse within the NHS, she went on to develop her expertise across a variety of roles, from supporting children’s health through immunisation programmes to working closely with older adults, building a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care.

In more recent years, Caroline has progressed within the care sector, taking on roles as a nurse, Clinical Deputy Manager, and Home Manager. Her leadership is rooted in delivering high-quality care with warmth, empathy, and attention to detail, ensuring every resident feels respected, supported, and truly at home.

Before stepping into her role at Verbeia, Caroline worked across multiple homes in a quality-focused position, helping to maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. She particularly enjoys spending time with residents, getting to know them as individuals, and shaping an environment where they can live comfortably, confidently, and with purpose.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors and has a love for hiking, often exploring some of the UK’s most well-known peaks. She is also a proud mum to two young boys, who keep her busy with family days out and adventures.
