Meet The Manager
BELINDA COOK

Belinda is the longest-serving member of the Holden Grange Care Group team, having joined in 1990. Her journey with the group spans decades of dedication, becoming a senior team member when Hillbro opened in 1992, moving to Grange Court shortly after its opening in 1998, and going on to become Registered Manager in May 1999, a role she proudly continues to hold today.

Belinda’s commitment to Grange Court is reflected in every detail of the home. She leads with genuine care and pride, creating an environment that is both welcoming and thoughtfully run. She has a particular passion for end-of-life care and played a key role in achieving accreditation with the Gold Standards Framework, placing Grange Court among the first homes in the area to receive this recognition.

Outside of her role, Belinda is deeply family-oriented and spends much of her time travelling across the country to stay connected with her loved ones.

Grange Court is proud to have achieved accreditation under the Gold Standards Framework (GSF), a nationally recognised programme that supports care homes in delivering high-quality, person-centred end-of-life care. We have successfully undergone this rigorous accreditation process three times, most recently in 2025, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing best practices. This recognition reflects our dedication to ensuring residents receive compassionate, coordinated care, with dignity, respect, and support for both them and their families at every stage.
