Nursing Care
Just as with residential care, a nursing home provides accommodation, meals and personal care. The difference is that a nursing home also has qualified nurses in constant attendance. Our nursing home, Hillbro, also provides specialist dementia care.
Nursing care offers the reassurance of expert professional help with the feeling of being at home in a safe and comfortable environment. Our nurses spend time getting to know the personalities, preferences and concerns of our residents, and each resident has the comfort of being cared for by familiar faces.
A Professional Team
Hillbro nursing home provides 24-hour professional nursing care delivered by Registered General Nurses (RGN), Registered Mental Nurses (RMN) and trained care assistants.
Care is augmented by a programme of social and recreational activities, both within the nursing home and in the gardens. Residents are also encouraged to enjoy their hobbies, like knitting, crochet, sewing, reading, playing games and crafts.
